Independent curator and educator Kristen Hileman will consider the way that museum collections can speak to the present as she discusses her collaboration with emerging art historians from American University's art history department to develop an of-the-moment exhibition of works from the renowned Corcoran Collection. The exhibition will be on view at the American University Museum from April 19 to May 18, 2024.
