Join us as we visit JELMA where Dr. Cherry will take us on a walk through several of the contemporary art exhibitions on view. He will share the museum's scope and plans, as well as address some of the ideas and issues facing an art museum that is part of an HBCU. Following the discussion, members will have an opportunity to visit the museum's permanent collection of African Arts on their own.
